Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you can check your real-time shipping status through the following two methods:
- Account Lookup: Log into your account, visit "Order History," and click on the corresponding "Order Details" page.
- Quick Access: Directly click the "Track My Order" link located in the footer of our website.
Shipping Information
- Tracking Number Issuance & Syncing: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. After the tracking number is generated, it usually takes 24–48 hours to sync with the carrier's system.
- Tracking Updates: Once successfully synced, your tracking page will display the latest updates provided by our logistics partners (including estimated delivery time).
💡 Helpful Tip: The frequency of tracking updates depends on the carrier's processing workflow. During cross-border shipping or transit periods, there may be temporary display delays. We appreciate your patience.
