Request for Address Change
IRMO prioritizes fast order fulfillment. However, if you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, the following conditions apply:
- Time Sensitivity:
Requests must be submitted immediately. As long as the order has not shipped, IRMO will make every effort to accommodate the change.
- Additional Costs:
Changing the delivery address may incur additional handling or shipping fees. Any such fees will be communicated to you before processing the modification. If you decline to pay these fees, the change request will be considered unapproved, and the order will be shipped to the original address.
Contingency for Unsuccessful Changes
If the address modification cannot be completed before shipment, you may choose one of the following options:
- Refuse the Package:
You can attempt to refuse delivery when the package arrives at the original destination.
- Standard Return:
If refusal is not possible, you can sign for the package and contact IRMO Customer Service within 14 calendar days to initiate a formal return process. You may incur additional fees as a result.
Responsibility for Related Costs
Please note that returns initiated due to an incorrect address will result in deductions from your total refund amount. These costs include, but are not limited to:
- Round-Trip Shipping: Logistics costs for both the initial delivery and the return shipment.
- Insurance and Handling Fees: Product insurance during transit and administrative processing fees.
- Taxes or Duties: Any non-refundable taxes or duties associated with the return process.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing your order, you acknowledge that address modification requests may impact the original estimated delivery timeframe and agree to pay all applicable fees listed above.
