- Step 1 (Self-Check):
Short press the power button. All 5 white LED lights will light up simultaneously, and the device will automatically enter the self-check phase.
The battery indicator lights will flash continuously during this process, which takes about 5 to 13 seconds. Please wait patiently and do not perform other operations during this time.
- Step 2 (Ready):
Once the self-check is complete, the 5 white LED lights will begin flashing, indicating that the device is ready for movement.
Please make sure to wait until the 5 white lights are flashing before you begin your activity.
- Check the Battery:
If the indicator lights do not light up at all after short-pressing the power button, please connect the charger and charge the device for at least 30 minutes to ensure it is not failing to power on simply due to a completely drained battery.
- Troubleshooting Error Lights:
If all five LED lights turn solid red, the device has detected an abnormality (such as motor overload, sensor communication failure, etc.).
In this case, please refer to the troubleshooting instructions in the user manual or contact our official customer service immediately for assistance. Once the issue is resolved, the indicator lights will automatically return to normal.
