- Overheat Protection Activated: If the device operates for an extended period under high loads (such as continuous hill climbing or high assistance modes) or in high-temperature environments, it may trigger the system's smart overheat protection and automatically shut down.
- Solution: Please take off the device and place it in a cool, ventilated area to rest and cool down for 15–20 minutes. Once the temperature returns to normal, you can turn it back on.
- Sudden Voltage Drop or Low Battery: In extremely cold or hot environments, or if the battery has aged over time, a sudden drop in power may occur, triggering low-battery protection and causing the device to automatically power off.
- Solution: Short press the power button to check the battery indicator lights. If the battery is extremely low, please connect the official charger promptly to charge it.
If the device continues to experience frequent, unexplained automatic shutdowns under normal temperatures and with sufficient battery life, please note the usage scenario when the shutdown happens (e.g., ambient temperature, activity status) and contact our official customer service email at service@irmoglobal.com. Our technical team will conduct an in-depth diagnosis for you.
