- Check the Fit and Connections: First, please check if all straps and buckles on the exoskeleton are securely fastened and whether there is any looseness at the mechanical joint connections. Sometimes, loose straps or friction against clothing can generate similar unusual noises.
- Identify the Source of the Noise: Try moving your joints while standing in place to observe whether the noise is coming from inside the mechanical joints, the structural frame, or the external fabric straps.
