Cleaning
To extend the lifespan of your exoskeleton and maintain its optimal performance, please refer to the following official cleaning guide:
| Component | Cleaning Method | Recommended Frequency |
| Straps | Hand wash with a neutral detergent and air dry naturally (do not tumble dry). | Once a month, or when visibly dirty. |
| Main Frame / Actuator | Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. | After every use. |
| Battery Contacts | Wipe with a dry cloth to keep them completely dry. | Once a month. |
| Sensors | Gently wipe the lenses with a microfiber cloth (such as a glasses cloth). | As needed, depending on usage conditions. |
Storage & Maintenance
- Storage Environment:
Please store the exoskeleton in a dry, well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be maintained between -20°C and 65°C.
- Long-Term Storage & Battery Care:
If the device needs to be stored for an extended period, please keep the battery charge at around 30% and ensure it is charged at least once every 3 months to prolong battery life.
- Cleaning in Special Conditions:
If the product accidentally comes into contact with saltwater, please wipe it down with fresh water immediately and dry it thoroughly before storing.
